Completed summer 2021, East Winds in East Wittering is a light and inviting property for your seaside holiday, only 5 minutes' walk to the beach.
The downstairs is open plan and has seating for 8 at the large oak table. The sitting area has a three seater sofa, two arm chairs, large flat screen television, wifi and bi-fold doors opening fully into the garden and patio area for outdoor dining.
The open plan kitchen as a double oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster, integrated fridge freezer, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, small wine fridge. The utility area behind the kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board and a small counter top fridge for extra drinks.
Also on the ground floor there is a snug/television room with a double sofa bed for extra guests as well as a TV and PlayStation for when used as a separate sitting area.
There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs making it ideal for families and elderly relatives.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with superior mattress and an ensuite with shower and bath. The second double bedroom has a king size 'zip and link' bed so can be separated for teenagers/friends. Next door there is a bathroom with a shower and wc solely for the use of this bedroom. Bedroom 3 (downstairs) has a king size bed and has use of the downstairs cloakroom with its own shower.
Eastwinds has a southwest facing private garden that is secure for children of all ages. The bi-fold doors open fully from the kitchen/dining area. There is a paved patio area for outside dining and Kettler coal BBQ for summer barbeques. The rest of the garden is laid to lawn. There is off-road parking for two cars and a further parking space at the front of the house.
Please note: During periods of peak demand (school holidays and half term, Summer, Christmas, Easter and New Year) we will only accept a minimum of 7 nights booking. Changeover day during these times is Friday. Eastwinds is available for longer periods of stay subject to availability and off season for 3 nights.
The property is situated in The Crescent, a private road in East Wittering, 5 minute walk to the shops, beach and all local amenities. The village of East Wittering has an array of local shops including green grocers, butchers, bakeries, 2 mini super markets along with a variety of cafes including Drift in Café, Drifters restaurant and The boulevard a local family restaurant. The Shore is a local favourite public house and The Lamb Inn, The Old House at Home Inn are other local pubs.
West Wittering Blue Flag beach and East Head Nature reserve with miles of white sandy beach and dunes are a 5 minute drive. There is range of facilities including sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing, paddle boarding, car parking and café.
